When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Due to extremely high demand:
Shipping Time Estimates (US): 5-7 Business Days.
Shipping Time Estimates (INTL): 6-12 Business Days.
These dates are meant as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network etc.)

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available. Due to high-season demand, our support staff may be delayed in delivering you the tracking information, if you haven't received your tracking number within 5 days of purchase please contact us at info@ultrasonicx.com
CANCELLATION
You may request a cancellation for a full refund if your order has not already been processed and ready to be shipped.
If your purchase does not meet this criteria, it will NOT be considered for cancellation.
